A white round pellet of polyethylene wax that is dropped or injected into the cold chamber of aluminium & magnesium die casting machines. Combines extreme pressure & superior lubrication in a granulated form & designed to be applied into the sleeve before the shot is made. Provides maximum temperature protection & improved lubrication of the plunger tip & cold chamber. Reduces out-gassing, porosity & smoke. Being graphite free, this eliminates the problems associated with non-metallic inclusions in the mould.
